Descriptive writing

W'sup bloggers? This term I've been doing descriptive writing. If you don't know what descriptive writing is, then I'll tell you. Descriptive writing is when you find something to describe and write about it! I've pasted in my writing so you can see!

I've decided to write about this birthday party down below

There is strawberry red jelly and delicious birthday food like cheese and salami or egg sandwiches, cake, doughnuts, nuts and kebabs. There is a table, and it has a cyan blue tablecloth with magenta pink polka dots. There is a shimmering silver mirror on the gloomy purple wall. There is a solid red vase on the shiny white windowsill.

The cake tastes delicious, it is soft with a gooey strawberry filling. The doughnuts are sweet, soft and mushy.

The excited cheerful birthday boy is having his most wonderful sixth birthday party because all of his bestest friends are there.

I would be able to smell the viola flowers and the smoke from the candles on the birthday cake. There are eggs in the sandwiches and the egg smells like something rotten!

Bye 'til my next post!
